After leaving the van behind in Texas, Karen and I headed across the border to Mexico. In Mexico City we met up with friends then headed to a small town on the coast near Acapulco. After a week on the beach we returned back to Mexico City where our friends flew home. We continued north to Guanajuato to take Spanish language classes. This post roughly covers the month of January 2001.
